If you know anything about styling, or colour, you probably know the rule about adding a pop of colour. It’s adding one item in a vibrant shade to an otherwise simple outfit.

This season we are seeing the same colour over and over again, and one of my favourite to be honest, a pop of red. Considered an extroverted colour, for anger, danger and passion it’s a very easy one to incorporate to your every day outfits. Whilst many names on the runway are bringing this to life loud and proud, for the fainter of heart, accessories may be an easier way to incorporate this season’s trend, doing so with a bold belt or a handbag.

Then for the fearless ones, you can embrace the tend with a bolder statement, a red camisole, a shoe or some stylish knitwear, although, full disclose, I have only one red item in my closet, and that only comes out at Christmas.
